Hello, I'm Agnese, the founder of Kind Approach. I'm a certified Health Coach specialising in supporting adults and families with neurodivergent children to create healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling lives.

My journey into health coaching has grown out of more than twenty years of experience working with children and families. First in Italy as a teacher, and later in the UK in a variety of educational roles, including as a Primary School Teacher. During this time, I've worked with children of all abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). These experiences have given me deep insight into the everyday pressures families face, especially around stress, balance, and overall well-being. I've seen firsthand how vital it is to support both the child and the adults who care for them.

My interest in health and nutrition began during my first pregnancy, nineteen years ago. With the encouragement of my sister-in-law, I discovered how profoundly food and lifestyle choices affect both body and mind. What began as personal curiosity grew into a true vocation after studying at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London, where I learned how even small, intentional changes can make a meaningful and lasting difference to people's well-being.

Through Kind Approach, I now bring together my educational background, health coaching expertise, and personal experience to offer a compassionate, practical, and holistic way of supporting people on their wellness journey. I believe that kindness, to ourselves and others, is the foundation of real, sustainable health.

Whether you're a parent of a neurodivergent child, a teacher, or someone simply feeling overwhelmed and out of balance, my role is to meet you exactly where you are and guide you towards a calmer, healthier, and more fulfilled life.

I'm continuing to deepen my knowledge in children's nutrition and family well-being so I can offer families and neurodivergent children even more personalised and effective support through Kind Approach.
